Care Instructions
The materials I use are fired to very high temperatures and will withstand the pressure and high temperatures of dishwashers, microwaves and sometimes ovens for certain clay bodies (more details on what your ceramic piece can withstand in their product page).  
BUT over time, the harsh chemicals of detergents and the effects of long term dish washing will eventually weaken your ceramic pieces.  Therefore I do highly recommend you treat them with care, be gentle with them and hand wash them as much as you can to avoid cracks and chipping. 
Thermal shock
As with any glass item in your kitchen, ceramic piece - handmade or not, they will undergo thermal shock when exposed to sudden shift in temperatures – from very hot to cold and vice versa.  You can avoid this by giving your ceramics some time to acclimatize before subjecting them to these sudden changes.
Gift Wrapping
Gift wrapping is available.  Just add this option from the drop down menu and it should be included in your order.
I can also write a personalized message to your receiver, just send me a message on your order form.

Returns and Exchanges
The nature of handmade ceramics is that they have that human touch so no two items are exactly the same.  I strive to describe each piece as accurately as I can but due to factors that are out of my control such as the nature of clay and the occasional glaze chemistry's unpredictability in a firing, slight inconsistencies in size, color and finish will occur with every batch.
I do not offer refunds. 
If the product is damaged in transit or faulty I will offer a replacement or store credit.  Please allow me some time to replace your faulty product as I may not always have available stock.  
If you are really not satisfied with your purchase, please reach out and let me know by emailing me at sales@mudhavi.com and we can discuss a fair solution.
Please note that I will not accept returns 14 days after you’ve received your order.  
Customized orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
Sale or discounted items
Unfortunately sale or discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.  
If an order is being returned, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
