Like smooth volcanic stone warmed by the hands, the Obsidian Tea Cup is made for slow moments and everyday rituals.
Each cup begins on the pottery wheel before being carefully hand shaped from the rim down to the foot ring. This process creates its softly faceted walls, gently uneven rim and tactile form, making every piece one of a kind.
The unglazed exterior has a dry, stone-like finish that celebrates the beauty of the black clay, while the satin black glazed interior adds a quiet depth and subtle contrast. Comfortable to cradle in your hands, it's perfect for tea, coffee, matcha or your favourite evening drink.
Food safe
Dishwasher safe but hand washing is preferred for the piece's longevity.
