A wheel thrown butter keeper in two parts that can seal your butter in freshness while sitting on your kitchen bench!
How to use it:
Firstly, spoon your softened butter into the butter nest (the top part with the handle) and press it down with the back of your spoon. Next, pour a little water into the second half of the keeper or the base. This water will create a seal and prevent oxygen from getting into the butter which is what causes it to go rancid.
Change this water every week and you can keep the butter in this container on your kitchen bench ready to spread at any time!
